Level of support

Spanning between 1 to 2 days, each workshop comprising 5 to 10 immersive hours to delve deep into critical business elements where startups often encounter hurdles.

They receive guidance on refining their business models, implementing strategic plans and organizational objectives (including KPIs), and improving Virtual Data Room to meet investor expectations.

Operations workshop

Consists of five 2-hour modules:

  • Module 1 - The Value Stick

  • Module 2 - Cash Conversion Cycle

  • Module 3 - Matching Supply and Demand

  • Module 4 - Forecasting Bottlenecks Analysis within Variability

  • Module 5 - Lean startup principles and agile methodologies

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Leverage sales history to train statistical models on that history and use the model to predict the future demand.

  • Understanding that forecast is always wrong, therefore is important to manage risks when making quantity decisions.

  • Ability to analyze build to forecast versus build to order.

 Strategy workshop

Consists of four 2-hour modules:

  • Module 1 - Introduction to Strategic Frameworks

  • Module 2 - Selecting Business Models

  • Module 3 - Strategic Planning and Runway

  • Module 4 - Teaser Pitch

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop a strategic mindset and understand strategic management processes.

 Sustainability workshop

Consists of six 1-hour modules:

  • Module 1 - Creating Shared Value (CSV)

  • Module 5 - Climate Change

  • Module 6 - Sustainable Finance

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn what the SDGs are and what they mean for business.

  • Understand why an ESG perspective is the new normal for business.

  • Consider corporate strategy as the basis to make sustainability-related information more decision-relevant for business success and investors.

  • Effectively align the interests of businesses with those of investors and society through a risk-based approach towards ESG performance.

 Finance workshop

Consists of four 2-hour modules:

  • Module 1 - Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow Analysis for Entrepreneurs

  • Module 2 - Managing Negative Cashflow

  • Module 3 - 5 Years Startup Forecast and Sensitivity Analysis

  • Module 4 - Fundraising from a Business Plan, Verticals to Valuations


Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Acquire skills to perform analysis and project realistically future financial performance to investors.

  • Define needed cash flow and related financial trajectory or runway' of the startup within different scenarios.

  • Develop a keen understanding of various financing avenues and evaluate the most suitable options.

  • Gain insight into potential exit strategies, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) along with the associated financial considerations.

Market Fit
and Growth workshop

Consists of five 2-hour modules:


  • Module 1 - Mastering Marketing Fundamentals and Market Fit

  • Module 2 - Conducting Market Research and Audience Analysis

  • Module 3 - Product Iteration and Value Proposition

  • Module 4 - Brand Development Metrics and KPIs for Market Fit
