Courses for early-stage founders

Founders will face business risks in a secure environment to increase readiness for real world

Investors play a pivotal role in nurturing the seeds of innovation. The terrifying secret that everyone in the startup ecosystem knows, but seldomly addresses, is that the failure rate of entrepreneurial endeavors is tremendously high. Many assume that this is due to a flawed idea, such as faulty product, market-fit or timing issues. However, in the vast majority of failed businesses this is not the case.

Most startups fail due to improper execution, not product feasibility. Entrepreneurs tend to be product driven and generally lack the business acumen to address strategic, operational,
financial, marketing, legal and human resource issues that come their way.

As Founders embark on their entrepreneurial journey with Investors, they encounter myriad challenges requiring decisive action.

YIXU's workshops offer a framework to cultivate a mindset of strategic thinking, enabling Founders to analyze internal and external landscapes, devise and implement robust executions, and articulate their vision effectively to potential Investors.
